Please ensure you’ve entered the correct address at checkout. We are not responsible should your package be delivered to the wrong address if you have input incorrect or insufficient information.

Current processing times:


All jewelry is made, packaged and shipped by myself (one woman show over here… + a very helpful hubby) So please allow 7-14 business days after your order is placed.

However I really don’t like pending things on my plate so usually orders are out within 4-5 days.

Domestic shipping:


Time to shellebrate…free shipping on all domestic orders!

Once a domestic order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking info to become available once you receive your shipping confirmation email.


International shipping:


For international shipments we use UPS, FedEx or DHL. We are not responsible for any customs fees and duties that may apply to your order.

All international orders are final.


Lost or stolen packages:


Once your package leaves my studio, my hands have done their job and it is now in the hands of the mail carrier.

My pops used to be a mail carrier so please be patient with them as they are
doing their best and may be experiencing high volume.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local USPS post office or the carrier that was used. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you.

If you’ve checked with your neighbors (sometimes they deliver to the wrong house) and you’ve given it a couple extra days to show up and you still don’t have your package in hand, you may need to open a claim with your local post office.
