As it goes with many artists, the beauty in creation never ceases to amaze and inspire. Born and raised minutes from the beautiful Pacific Ocean as well as the majestic Redwood forests has infused me with awe and wonder.

My love of travel has also exposed me to a multitude of new scenes, new cultures and new ideas on which to draw. Nothing like filling your cup with fresh adventures and memories in far off lands, letting the ideas run wild in the sketchbook + finally turning them into reality in the studio.

But what’s my #1 inspiration, my greatest muse of all? 

Dear Ocean, I love you.
If you’re here in my little corner of cyber space there’s a good chance you’re a fellow thallasophile!  I enjoy handpicking stones for their saltwater flair ~ turquoise, opal, pearls ~ anything that evokes the qualities of the sea.

Ocean treasures such as coral, shark teeth + of course seashells all contribute to that born on the beach vibe I desire in all my pieces. It’s not that you will never see desert inspired designs come out of our little studio, but here our love for the ocean is plain to sea!
